The referee is part of the field. During this youth football game, the referee was part of the field that lowers his shoulder and decleats a quarterback.
The referee then stood over the kid and didn’t help him up. What a savage. That was a flag worthy play if I’ve ever seen one.
The referee did lead with his shoulder, but hit the QB up high and then taunted him by standing over him.
