XFL commissioner Oliver Luck has filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon after the league filed for bankruptcy. In the filing the league’s former commissioner said he was wrongfully terminated and therefore is owed the remaining amount on his contract.
Luck reportedly received a contract of between $20-25 million over five years. His contract said he was due the remaining amount on his contract if he was terminated without cause.
The XFL did not include their executives in the bankruptcy filing which stated who was still owed money by the league. Luck’s only option was to sue McMahon.
