Vanessa Bryant has received a response to her wrongful death lawsuit against the pilot who flew the chopper that carried her husband Kobe, their daughter Gianna and 6 others, on that deadly January 26 trip, as well as the helicopter company, Island Express — and a relative of the pilot is blaming the passengers for their own deaths.
The response is surprising and goes against what was previously thought.
After all, Zobayan still took off that fateful morning even though the LAPD and other law enforcement agencies in the area grounded their fleet that morning because of fog and poor visibility.
Zobayan was traveling 184 MPH in fog when he crashed into a hill.
