The Boston Red Sox will meet with President Trump at the White House today to celebrate their 2018 World Series championship. Some aren’t going to make the visit, which has been making headlines the past few weeks.
The event has already been clouded by issues of politics and race.
Now check out their embarrassing typo.
On the White House web site where live events are streamed, the 3:45 p.m. event was listed as
“President Trump Welcomes the 2018 World Series Champions The Boston Red Socks to the White House.”
This is an egregious error.
But one that makes sense during this presidency.
If the President can spell Hamburger as hamburder, anything is possible.
