Duke’s Grayson Allen played his last college basketball game on Sunday in a loss to Kansas.  Although there were no obvious signs of him trying to trip anyone, that doesn’t mean he didn’t get away with anything.

Allen took several steps on his way to a breakaway dunk.  How the referees missed such a blatant travel is hard to explain.  Maybe they were too busy calling ticky-tack fouls to notice.

Whatever the reason, Duke was sent packing without a trip to the Final Four and that’s something most college basketball fans can smile about.  Allen will be missed.
