Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green will miss today’s game against the Mavericks as he continues to recover from a lingering toe sprain, the team announced Friday.
DeMarcus Cousins (left Achilles rehab), Stephen Curry (left groin strain) and Draymond Green (right toe sprain) are out for tomorrow night's game against Dallas. Alfonzo McKinnie (left foot soreness) is questionable.

Now it looks like he’ll get some more time off after tonight’s game
Via Mercury News:
“We decided to give him some time off,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said. “We don’t know how long it will be. But the toe [injury] has been lingering.”
Green had joked his suspension helped his recovery. But Kerr played Green only 24 minutes on Thursday against Houston, where he went scoreless, missed all three shot attempts and logged five rebounds and five assists.
“He felt, we felt and our training staff felt we are spinning our wheels a little bit if we keep playing him and he gets a little worse,” Kerr said. “We’ve got to get him better.”
Green missed two of the Warriors’ recent games against the Bucks and Nets because of “lingering soreness” in his right foot and toe but returned Monday against the Clippers.
He was suspended for Tuesday’s game against the Hawks following an altercation with Kevin Durant, which happened at the end of regulation of Monday’s game.
Green played Thursday against the Rockets, though he didn’t score any points in 24 minutes on the court.
They’re so deep, they might as well start healing up. Only thing that matters is getting the whole squad 100% in time for the playoffs.
