Wake Forest’s Alex Bachman put his name in the running for catch of the year.  He made the one handed grab on Saturday afternoon in the end zone for a touchdown. 

The catch saved quarterback Sam Hartman, who was scrambling to avoid being sacked and just tossed it in Bachman’s general direction.  

Having the ability to just toss a ball in the receiver’s direction and knowing he will come down with it is a luxury for the Wake Forest QB.  It’s just the start of a long season, he will have plenty of more opportunities to top this grab.
