Looks like the WWE head man is all in for his redux of the XFL. He’s going big, and needs a lot of money to do so. Near 500 million big. This comes Via ESPN:
The WWE chairman, who began the funding of the league by selling approximately $100 million in WWE stock and putting into his wholly owned Alpha Entertainment, has informed insiders that he expects to spend closer to $500 million in the league’s first three seasons.
“People were focused on the $100 million, but the truth is that doesn’t even get us to the 20-yard line,” league CEO and commissioner Oliver Luck told ESPN, who accepted the job June 5, but starts at his office across the street from WWE headquarters in Stamford, Conn. on Monday.
If you were the #XFL Commissioner, what rules would you institute for extra point attempts? 👟🏈 🙌 pic.twitter.com/RxyyKAoCJv

I think anyone who loves football will check it out. Will this be another epic failure? Only time will tell. IF anyone can make it work it’s Vince. His ego is just big enough to believe he can actually make another football league viable.
