Vince Carter signed a one year deal with the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday. The deal is reportedly worth $2.4 million, the veteran minimum.
The Hawks want the 41 year old to serve as a mentor to its young locker room. That’s a pretty good paycheck if you can get it.

This is Carter’s eigth team in his twenty plus years in the league. He played in 58 games last year with the Sacramento Kings, averaging almost 18 minutes a game.
