The Jets GM search is in full swing and apparently it isn’t going well. They requested an interview with Vikings assistant GM George Paton and he turned them down.
This latest rejection makes it three times now that Paton has turned down the Jets for an interview.

What a joke. At this point the Jets are going to keep Head Coach Adam Gase on as the team’s GM.
Nobody in their right mind would take this job right now. They already did the draft and handled free agency. What would your purpose be?
Not to mention it’s the Jets and they have fallen behind the Browns as the laughing stock of the NFL.
