Free agent receiver Victor Cruz responded to his former team cutting Brandon Marshall.  Despite not playing at all in 2017, he sent a tweet as if they needed another washed up receiver.

If the Giants decide to sign a washed up receiver, there are definitely better options out there.  There are washed up receivers who actually played last season. 

I think it’s safe to say the NFL has moved on from Cruz.  I highly doubt the Giants want to pay for him to rehab from injury again.  There will no longer be salsa dancing.
