Vegas Golden Knights prospect Cody Glass had to be helped off of the ice after he suffered a gruesome knee injury. The injury occurred during Saturday night’s Portland Winterhawks and Seattle Thunderbirds WHL game.
Glass went down to a knee, then had an opponent collide with him and land on top of him. The result was his left knee bending awkwardly as he went all the way down to the ice.
Glass would then need help off of the ice. The Winterhawks have yet to provide an update on his injury.
The Cody Glass injury looks pretty scary. He needed to be helped off the ice, he did not return, and the Portland Winterhawks did not offer any further updates. pic.twitter.com/WiEPQ12QnB

Hopefully youth and flexibility helped Glass avoided any major injuries, although I have to admit it doesn’t look good. The knee bent awkwardly and he immediately grabbed his knee.
