Vanessa Bryant has reportedly filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the company that owns the helicopter that crashed last month killing Kobe, his daughter Gigi and seven others.

According to the lawsuit, the company that owns the helicopter was not allowed to fly in the conditions that were present the day of the ill-fated flight.

The lawsuit also places blame on the pilot for flying 180 miles per hour in heavy fog at a steep decline.
