Cam Newton is willing to wait it out for another opportunity at being a starting quarterback in the NFL. He’s not planning to take a backup role nor should he be.
The former Panther was a league MVP just a few short years ago. According to an unnamed AFC coach, Newton has plenty left and would improve several team’s current quarterback situation.
The unnamed coach told the Bleacher Reports Mike Freeman that the Dolphins, who are probably going to draft Tua Tagovailoa, should sign Newton.
