The Cleveland Cavaliers are in the middle of a lousy stretch of basketball. A stretch that seems to coincide with the return of Isaiah Thomas from injury. But according to reports the Cavs guard and his teammates pointed the blame at Kevin Love after he missed time due an illness.
Tyronn Lue was asked about whether or not Love was to blame for his team’s recent struggles and the Cavs head coach called that crazy, “I mean, that’s crazy. If Kevin was out there we might have given up 170. Who knows, man. We’ve got to be better, got to just stay together. We’re being tested right now. This is when your true character comes out and the character of who you are as a person and as a player. We’ve got to step up and play basketball.”
