President Trump was back talking about the National Anthem again. He spoke about ESPN’s decision not to show the National Anthem before Monday Night Football games at a rally in West Virginia.
Per @sarafischer: ESPN will not air the National Anthem prior to Monday Night Football games this year. ESPN President Jimmy Pitaro told reporters today that could change re: news but per Fischer: ESPN communicated that plan to the NFL "as courtesy and good partners."

It seems like a reasonable solution, maybe if the anthem isn’t broadcast on TV then the controversy surrounding it would eventually die down too.
That’s not a reasonable solution to Trump and his Make America Great Again supporters. They want the anthem shown on TV before games.

When will it end? The protest isn’t even about the protest anymore. Can we get back to the game?
