Looks like Cleveland Cavaliers big man Tristan Thompson is doing his best not to Keep up with the Kardashians as of late.  

Khloe Kardashian’s ex Tristan Thompson, got caught sending flirty messages to a 17-year-old Instagram model, who happens to look a lot like Jordyn Woods, the girl who officially put the nail in Tristan and Khloe’s coffin. 

IG Model Yasmin Adelina, from London, spilled the beans, outing the Cleveland Cavaliers big man, who sent her a purple love heart after slipping into her DMs.
