Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Trevor Bauer gave up 7 earned runs in 5 innings on Monday night against the Chicago White Sox. The rough outing earned him a loss and a few death threats on social media.
Bauer shared screenshots of the several death threats he received on social media and called out Instagram for not providing a way to report the comments.

@instagram your platform doesn’t seem to give me a way to report this crap. Do you condone this type of behavior on your platform?

Apparently Indians fans take their random games in early May very seriously and losing games is unacceptable for their starters.
Bauer, by the way, is 4-2 with a 3.42 ERA on the season. Someone needs to tell these “fans” to get a grip.
