Major League Baseball is trying to figure out how to have a season this year.  The proposed plan by the league includes a shortened season, regional games, expanded rosters and a 50/50 revenue split with owners.

Players aren’t on board with the entire plan, especially the 50/50 revenue split.  Players prefer a prorated salary to recoup more of their salary and avoiding a salary cap, even if it’s temporary.

Reds pitcher Trevor Bauer and his agent, Rachel Luba, broke down what has been reported as being included the proposal.  Their opinion of it is that it’s “laughable.”
