Based on salary alone assuming a 1 person household, he would qualify for below market rate housing in San Francisco.

The housing market in San Fran is absolutely batsh*t crazy. 

Less about his salary and more about what’s wrong with real estate. 

He probably wishes he played for OKC or a smaller market team. . .
