New England Patriots QB and his supermodel wife purchased a $20 million apartment overlooking the Hudson River. The power couple purchased the 5,000-square-foot apartment inside 70 Vestry, a luxurious new building designed by Robert A.M. Stern.
Now it seems they are moving on up, literally. The Brady’s have decided to say goodbye to their 11th floor digs, for let’s say, something a little closer to Tom’s heart, his jersey number. This is a real story, which is just bizarre.
5 bedrooms.
5 1/2 bath.
5,000 sq ft.
1,900 sq ft terrace.
Tom Brady & Gisele will move into a $32 million Tribeca apartment at 70 Vestry this spring.

According to the tweet above, a one floor jump will run you another $12 Million. No big deal for Gisele and Tom. Still have to wonder what kind of person would be willing to drop that much cash, just so he can live on the same floor as his jersey number? Tom Brady problems.
