Jameis/Mariota era over?

Both of these guys have been incredibly inconsistent in the NFL. On top of that, Mariota has had injury problems, while Winston has continued to get into trouble off the field.
Both quarterbacks very easily could be out of the league if their teams do in fact move on. It’s time to get the Kaepernick to Tennessee campaign started.
