Marcus Mariota was benched for backup Ryan Tannehill after a subpar start to the 2019 season. But that could just be the first step to his time in Tenneessee coming to an end.
According to reports, the Titans plan to look for his replacement in either the trade market or next year’s draft. Mariots isn’t the only member of the 2015 draft class that is expected to be replaced.
The man taken ahead of Mariota in the draft, Jameis Winston, is also expected to find himself in the unemployment line.
