In the third quarter of the Titans win over the Jaguars, offensive lineman Taylor Lewan needed some medical attention following a play.
As he was being looked at by the medical staff he noticed the SkyCam was coming in for a closer look and decided to give it the middle finger.

They should have known better than to have taken the SkyCam in for a better look on Lewan. He’s not one to toe the company line.
Lewan obviously wasn’t too badly hurt and he would return to the game.
