Sam Smink of WPTV reports that papers were filled on September 12th in Palm Beach County.
While Woods was on probation, he was not allowed to drink alcohol, and was subject to random drug screenings.

Jupiter Police Department officers arrested Woods on May 28 last year after finding him asleep in his Mercedes-Benz. Woods was under the influence of prescription painkillers and sleeping medication.
