A lucky Maryland Terrapins fan got to participate in a dizzy bat layup challenge during a commercial break of Saturday’s game against Illinois.
The stunt, performed in front of thousands of people and then put on video for many more on the internet, couldn’t have had a better ending.
Well maybe for the fan it could have. As is usually the case with the dizzy bat challenge, the dizzy bat came away with a pretty convincing win.

When will people learn? Dizzy bat challenges are not a real game. It’s just something the marketing folks put together to make you look like an ass.
