Theo Epstein is currently serving as the President of Baseball Operations for the Chicago Cubs of Major League Baseball. He’s responsible for reversing the curse in Chicago, and Boston. Bringing both cities World Series championships. Basically a God in baseball circles. 

Those accomplishments alone would put him in the instant hall of fame for baseball and life, but check out this chug from the Cubs main man at Encinitas Ale House last night.
