The Golden State Warriors jumped all over the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 2 on Monday night. They were cruising to a victory with a 31-point lead with just a little over seven minutes left in the third quarter and ended up losing the game.
The Clippers closed out the game in historic fashion. They went on a 72-37 run to win the game 135-131 and complete the largest comeback in NBA playoff history.
The Clippers’ comeback win was UNBELIEVABLE 👏

There’s something about having leads with the numbers 3 and 1 in them in the playoffs for the Warriors.
The Warriors (-1600 on the moneyline) just blew a 31-point lead to the Clippers…

Blowing a 31-point lead that late in a game is amazing. You almost have to try to do that. It looks like once Golden State had the huge lead they went into cruise control and couldn’t get back out of it.
This is the kind of thing you love to see, an eight seed coming all the way back on the defending champs. It’s a series now.
