The Lions Monday Night home opener against the Jets didn’t go as planned. They got absolutely destroyed in all aspects of the game, including in the stands.
The night started off in the Lions favor. They scored a touchdown on the first play of the game, when Sam Darnold threw a pick six on his first career pass.
That would pretty much end the Lions highlights. Matthew Stafford threw four interceptions, with backup Matt Cassel adding one of his own for good measure.
The Jets won the game 48-17 and took over the crowd with a J-E-T-S chant so loud it could be heard on the MNF broadcast.

Are the Jets a legit team with Darnold running the show?
