Every year in College Basketball there seems to be an upset nobody saw coming. A much smaller school will take down a powerhouse.
Upsets don’t get much bigger than Evansville beating No. 1 Kentucky at home. The Wildcats were 25 point favorites to win the game and got outplayed by the Purple Aces.
Evansville is coached by former Kentucky player Walter McCarty, who won a National Championship at the school back in 1996.
