Texas governor Greg Abbott, who announced this week that the state will reopen for sporting events in outdoor stadiums on May 31, but only to 25 percent of their capacity, threw down another declaration on Twitter Friday night.

Both Texas and Texas A&M face LSU on the gridiron this season and Abbott predicted both teams will get the job done against the defending National Champions.

The Longhorns visit Baton Rouge to face the Tigers on Sept. 12 while LSU heads to College Station for its regular season finale against the Aggies on Nov. 28. En route to the team’s National Championship, LSU beat Texas in Austin, 45-38, before dismantling Texas A&M, 50-7, in Tiger Stadium.
