The Sean Payton to the Cowboys rumors are back and they might be the reason Teddy Bridgewater has decided to meet with the Dolphins.
According to a source close to the free agent quarterback, the reason he decided to entertain the starting job in Miami is due to the fact that Sean Payton could leave for Dallas.

Bridgewater needs to go ahead and take the job in Miami. If nothing else it will reestablish him as a starting NFL quarterback.
The worst thing that could happen is he signs with the Saints and then Payton leaves for Dallas. Any promises of taking over for Drew Brees will leave with the head coach.
