Falcons defensive end Takk McKinley did a very bizarre interview with reporters on Thursday afternoon. He appeared to be upset about something and answered every question with some variation of “good.”

Falcons beat writer D. Orlando Ledbetter wasn’t a fan of the exchange with the media and called McKinley out for it. He pointed out clause 4 of every NFL player’s contract, which says:
“Player will cooperate with the news media, and will participate upon request in reasonable activities to promote the Club and the League.”
McKinley caught wind of Ledbetter’s criticism. So, naturally, he mocked the reporter with a tweet of his own.

We don’t know why McKinley went the Marshawn Lynch route with his interview on Thursday, but we do know not to go after Takk unless you’re prepared to be mocked. He’s clearly not having it and you can bet these interactions with the media are going to continue.
