Michael Mosley, the 23-year-old suspect in the stabbing death of 49ers backup quarterback C.J. Beathard’s brother Clayton, has been arrested. He was taken into custody on Christmas and is being held without bond on two counts of criminal homicide and one count of attempted criminal homicide.
This is not Mosley’s first arrest and it’s not the first time he has stabbed someone either. Mosley has prior convictions for robbery, felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor assault. In the aggravated assault case, Mosley stabbed a man and cut a woman back in 2015.
