Former Panthers and Ravens receiver Steve Smith, who was know for his “intensity” during his playing days, sat down with Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield for a one on one interview. The 39 year old brought his intensity to the interview and made the brief video exchange a must watch.
After asking Mayfield what position he would play if he wasn’t a quarterback and Mayfield answering with safety, Smitty told him he would run him over and spin the ball next to him.
No surprise here, Mayfield was a fan of the disrespectful move. Smitty called the interview the “healthy and lighter side of the business” while praising Mayfield.
“The healthy and lighter side of this business! If we can’t laugh and joke w/ourselves then we miss the entire point. Great young man in @bakermayfield and a great pick for the @Browns #Agent89 ♂️”
