During the start Strasburg recorded his 1,500 strikeout and became the fastest to reach the mark. He reached the milestone in just 1,272.1 innings, topping Chris Sale’s mark of 1,290 innings pitched.

Imagine the things Strasburg could accomplish if he was able to stay healthy. He’s proved many times that he can be dominant.
Strasburg’s career has been plagued by multiple injuries. Nationals fans want to see much more of this version if the 30-year-old.
