Stephen Jones Reveals Why the Cowboys Haven’t Agreed to a Long-Term Deal With Dak Prescott

After franchise tagging Prescott the Cowboys have until July 15th to negotiate a long-term deal.  It would appear as if the Cowboys might be rethinking locking up Prescott.
