A disappointed Stephen A. Smith addressed the fact that the Knicks missed out on Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant in a video he posted on social media.  The reality is that Knicks didn’t just fail to sign the superstars, they failed to sign them and the Nets did.

That’s a fact that hurts twice as much as Kyrie and KD signing elsewhere.  As Stephen A. points out, it took the Nets three years to accomplish something the Knicks have been trying to do for decades.

 

The Knicks traded away Kristaps Porzingis, missed out on Zion Williamson and Kyrie and KD.  It doesn’t get much worse than that.

Unless, of course, you’re one of the biggest trolls in sports media.  Then you get all of social media kicking you when you’re down.
