ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith and Teddy Atlas didn’t agree with the Carmelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin decision on Saturday night.  Both of them had GGG winning the fight.

The result was an absolutely electric post-fight show.  ESPN might have stumbled on to something here. 

These two need their own show ASAP.  This is amazing.  I know Atlas is a boxing guy, but I’m pretty sure he has some opinions on other topics.

The Smith and Atlas hour would be the highest watched show in the network’s history.  ESPN isn’t very good identifying these opportunities, so we know they won’t do it.  But we’ll always have this moment.
