The NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that Steelers owner Art Rooney II is in Florida to meet with receiver Antonio Brown. The unhappy Brown, who earlier in the week said goodbye to Steelers fans and requested a trade, has no intentions of meeting with Rooney.
Rapoport expects talks about Brown’s future with the team to ramp up as the NFL Combine approaches at the end of February.
Sources: #Steelers owner Art Rooney II is down in Florida, where has a place, and he hoped to meet with frustrated WR Antonio Brown to clear the air. Brown has no plans to meet with Rooney, as he’s stated his intentions publicly. Talks on AB’s future will ramp up in Indy.

Brown must be catching wind of how quickly Steelers fans turned against him. Does he not understand that they’re fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers and because he’s on their team they root for him?
In most cases the fan is going to stick by the team. This isn’t new.
