Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Anthony Chickillo was arrested over the weekend, charged with simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment.
A law enforcement source tells Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 the alleged incident involves Chickillo’s girlfriend and that it occurred at Nemacolin.
Chickillo was arrested by Uniontown Pennsylvania State Police and arraigned this morning. According to the court docket, a $10,000 unsecured bail has been set, and he has a Preliminary Hearing scheduled for October 30.
So much for a quiet bye week for the Steelers. We can only hope the incident isn’t as bad as it seems.
