Via ESPN:

Chickillo was cleared because of insufficient evidence and will not face any punishment, the source said.

The Athletic first reported the case closure Friday night.

Chickillo, 26, was arrested and charged with three misdemeanors stemming from an Oct. 20 incident at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, Pennsylvania. He was subsequently placed on the commissioner’s exempt list.

All charges were withdrawn less than two weeks later, though, when Chickillo and his girlfriend, who was cited for harassment in the incident, decided they didn’t want to pursue the charges. Chickillo was then removed from the commissioner’s exempt list and was allowed to return to the active roster while the NFL continued its investigation.

If nothing happened then why was he arrested?  The fact that she didn’t want to pursue charges doesn’t mean that Chickillo didn’t do something worthy of a suspension.  The league is wildly inconsistent when it comes to these types of matters.
