Stars forward Corey Perry was ejected from the 2020 Winter Classic for delivering a vicious elbow to the face of Predators defenseman Ryan Ellis.
The elbow by Perry immediately dropped Ellis and sent him to the locker room for further medical attention.
The Stars won the game 4-2, but might be losing Perry for a couple of games very soon. The NHL doesn’t play around too much with dirty hits.
