Last Saturday South Carolina suffered a 41-17 blowout loss to Georgia.  Before the game Gamecocks receiver Deebo Samuel was asked about Bulldogs defensive back DeAndre Baker.  

Samuel pretended not to know who Baker was.  Baker had a good game against South Carolina, including a pick six.  He knows DeAndre Baker now and not just because of the game on Saturday.

Following the loss, Samuel decided it was a good idea to slide into a Georgia fan’s DMs.  It turns out it was not and she denied him with a DeAndre Baker reminder, via Reddit:

Someone needs to let Baker know about this.  We would hate for him to have an interception out there that he knows nothing about.

For his part hopefully Samuel learned a lesson about sliding in DMs following a loss.
