Luka Doncic is making history averaging around 30, 10, and 10 a game.

While these are the best numbers for a 20 year old ever, you also have to take into account the rule changes the NBA made to inflate scoring and speed up the pace of the game.

Not a stretch to say Luka is the best 20 year old ever, but you do have take that with grain of salt considering the NBA rule changes.
