The biggest story of March Madness so far has been Loyola’s unbelievable run and thier 98 year old nun, Sister Jean. On Thursday night they both advanced to the Elite 8 after a 69-68 win over Nevada.
The win busted Sister Jean’s bracket and she couldn’t be happier. She’s ready for the next round and Kansas State.
“I already told them as they came off the court great game and one of them, Clayton Custer, said to me ‘we broke your bracket Sister Jean.’ I said, ‘I don’t care that you broke my bracket, I’m ready for the next one.'”
Final Four get ready, Loyala and Sister Jean are coming for you and it’s going to be electric. There’s nothing more entertaining than college kids and an old lady.
“I don’t care that you broke my bracket." 😂
