Biles-Thomas is facing 15 charges, according to an indictment filed in Cuyahoga County Court.
He is charged with two counts of murder, one count of voluntary manslaughter and one count of felonious assault for each of the people he is accused of killing.
He is charged with two additional counts of felonious assault for allegedly injuring two other victims.
The indictment said Biles-Thomas. “had a firearm on or about his person or under his control while committing the offense and displayed the firearm, brandished the firearm, indicated that he possessed the firearm, or used it to facilitate” crimes.
He also faces one count of perjury and is scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 13.
