The Sixers failed to score 100 points during their Game 4 loss on Sunday to the Raptors. One of the reasons Philadelphia took the loss was the lackluster play of Joel Embiid. He was playing sick again and only managed to score 11 points in his 38 minutes of play.
Shaq blasted Embiid for using his illness as an excuse for not playing up to his talent level. The NBA legend says this isn’t the time to be sick.
“I’ve seen superstars have great sick games. Maybe he was sick, maybe he wasn’t. This ain’t the time to be sick. When you step on the court this time of year, this is where you make your fame.”
