Defending Masters champion Sergio Garcia put five shots into the water for a 13 on the 15th hole as Jordan Spieth built a two-shot lead after day one at the Masters.
Spaniard Garcia equaled the worst score for a hole in the tournament’s history and carded a nine-over-par 81.
As Curtis Strange put it while watching … Submergio, “You’re done for the week.”

Sergio has his green jacket, he’ll live, but that is one of the worst starts you can have. Look like there will be a new Masters champion this year.
