Apparently the Saints coach wasn’t feeling the loud noise.
Sean Payton smashed a fire alarm in the Saints locker room before Sunday's game against the Bengals. The alarms were going off throughout Paul Brown Stadium. https://t.co/Tt1Az5PBIL pic.twitter.com/kdkfpiJLpb

The Cincinnati Bengals told nola.com that they have reached out to authorities about the damage.
It’s unclear if there will be any penalty for Payton damaging the alarm, but the Bengals have alerted the authorities.
“We are aware of this situation and have been in touch with the authorities, but have nothing more on it at this time,” the Bengals said in a statement to NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune.
The saints also blew out the Bengals 51-14 to make matters worse. Not a great day to be a Bengals fan, or a fire alarm in Paul Brown stadium.
